OUR MISSION

SIRDEP is committed to improving the well being of its beneficiaries in Cameroon by building on their potentials through innovative strategies.

To achieve the mission, SIRDEP has four main objectives:
1) To alleviate hardship among the the target population within the context of humanitarian crisis in the North West and South West Regions.
2) To reduce inequality between men and women in the target communities.
3)To assist the target population build resilience to climate change and sustainably manage their environment.
4)To strengthen SIRDEP’s internal systems and structures.

Each of these objectives are tied to a department, also components as follows:

• Livelihood development component
• Natural Resource Management component
• Management and Coordination component
